PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of titled device by providing a freely rotatable arm and forming a supporting part for a roller on one side of the fulcrum of rotation, and by arranging a bending power generating device on the other side. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower working rolls 50, 52 are supported freely rotatably at the tips of upper and lower supporting arms 54, 56. Further, the arms 54, 56 are supported freely rotatably by supporting shafts 62, 64 of dividing rolls 58, 60. Between the dividing rolls 58, 60 and the rolls 50, 52, supporting rolls 66, 68 are arranged so as to be positioned the respective roll axes on a straight line. A notch is provided at each tip of the arms 54, 56 and a gap is formed against the working roll bearing. And the change in diameter of the rolls 50, 52 resulting from wear, etc. is adjustable. By means of this method, the bending power is provided to the rolls 50, 52 by the arms 54, 56 only, and the construction of the device is simplified.
