PURPOSE:To process the affine transformation of the digital picture at a high speed by dividing an output screen into plural sections, arranging respectively a processing device for respective sections and executing a parallel processing. CONSTITUTION:A unit processing device PE receives a picture converting command from a host 7 and from the value of its own address, determines the area to be outputted and displayed by itself in the output picture. To a PE, a synchronous clock is supplied from an input picture AD converting device 5 and an output picture DA converting device 6 respectively and the PE synchronizes the timing only concerning to the picture data of the area to be inputted and outputted by itself and executes the input and output. The output picture of each PE is all collected to the same displaying device 2 and in a moment, displayed.
