PURPOSE:To print on a slip paper while securely avoiding printing on a perforation, by controlling a slip paper so that a perforation thereof skips the position of a printer on the basis of feed marks. CONSTITUTION:A receipt mark sensor S3 and a journal mark sensor S4 are disposed between a feeding passage associated with an imprinting roller 14 and a feeding passage associated with a dot printer 15 on the downstream of the roller 14 to detect marks to be detected of a receipt 11 or a journal 12, and the position of a perforation corresponding to the marks is detected by discriminating by a controlling part. By detecting the marks at a regular interval by the sensors S3, S4, the controlling part performs control for accurately feeding the receipt 11 and the journal 12. For example, when the mark on the receipt 11 is detected by the sensor S3, the perforation 11a corresponding to the mark is caused to rapidly skip the printing position where a printing head 26 is opposed to a platen 27, forward in the feeding direction, whereby the receipt 11 is fed while avoiding printing on the perforation part. |
