摘要 PURPOSE:To judge abnormality with practically satisfactory accuracy by a method wherein a criterion for judgement at the opening of a mold and a criterion for judgement at the completion of protrusion are obtained from the mean values of the data at the opening of a mold and of the data at the completion of protrusion and the presence and absence of abnormality in the present injection molding process is judged based upon said standard values. CONSTITUTION:The data in the respective supervisory regions A1 and A2 are brought in by timing signals S3, which are respectively supplied from a timing generating device 13 to a data input device 12, when a mold opening detection signal DET 1 and a protrusion completion detection signal DET 2, both of which are separately sent from an injection molder main body, arrive at the timing generating device 13. The data input device 12 integrates video signals VD in analog form based upon the timing signals S3 and converts the resultant analog form into the digital form in order to send out the digital signals to a memory 14. The memory 14 stores the sent digital signals based upon timing signals S4 supplied from the timing generating device 13 and at the same time send out the stored data to an abnormality judging device 15, whether the abnormality occurs or not in either the supervisory region A1 or the supervisory region A2.
