PURPOSE:To decrease remaining water due to shortened length of a branch pipe forked from a main pipe by leading the main pipe, which was laid in a loop piping into the main body of a processing operation device, and installing a valve for controlling water supply/stop on the main body side. CONSTITUTION:An inflow opening 13 and an outflow opening 14 are installed to a washing device 12, and a main pipe 11 is directly connected to the inflow opening 13 and the outflow opening 14. Therefore, a part 15 of the loop main pipe 11 between the inflow opening 13 and the outflow opening 14 is included as a part of te washing device 12. A branch pipe 16 is connected at the branching point of the part 15 of the main pipe led inside the washing device 12. A valve 17 is installed to the connected branch pipe 16. With this piping, length of the branch pipe 16 can be short as the main pipe 11 is already led inside the washing device 12, and therefore, the quantity of remaining water, if any, is remarkably decreased.
