摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To attain to enhance the measuring accuracy of torque in various numbers of rotations of a rotor, by changing the torque of the rotor to the displacement quantity of an elastic member and converting said displacement quantity to an electric signal by a transducer before outputting the same. CONSTITUTION:At first, when a variable resistor 27 is regulated while a display device is observed to rotate a housing 1 in the rotary direction of a rotor to be measured by a motor 1 so that the number of rotations thereof are almost equal to that of said rotor, a rotary shaft 3 also integrally rotates. In this state, the rotor is engaged with the leading end of the cap 3a fixed to the rotary shaft 3. Thereafter, the variable resistor 27 is regulated while the display device is looked to make the number of rotations of the housing 1 slightly lower or higher than that of the rotor, and the rotor and the housing 1 are relatively rotated. By this method, the pin 5 provided to the arm 4 fixed to the rotor 3 displaces a leaf spring 7 corresponding to the torque of the rotor. This displacement quantity is converted to an electric signal by strain gauges 8a-8d and an operational amplifier and said electric signal is operated by an operation circuit to accurately measure torque which is, in turn, displayed on a display column.</p>
