PURPOSE:To obtain a DC power supply device which is capable of the variable output over a wide range by delivering the AC side reference voltage VIR of a prescribed pattern in response to a DC standard EB and then delivering the DC voltage EBR in response to the change of the voltage VIR. CONSTITUTION:An IVR 1 which controls variably the AC voltage delivers the voltage coincident with the reference voltage VIR14 via a controller 5. This voltage is rectified 2 and shunted 8 as the voltage ED. Then the output EB is applied to the load via a power tube 3 (internal drop ER). The output EB is divided 12 and detected 13 to undergo control through an RT controller 6 which supplies the feedback voltage 17 and an output standard EBR15 and with the grid voltage. Furthermore both a shunt 12 and the controller 6 are protected from an overcurrent by the current 18 measured by a shunt 8 and a current detector 9. The voltage VIR and EBR are applied to both controllers 5 and 6 via a D/A converter 71 of a computer 7. The rectified voltage ED undergoes the A/D conversion 72 after the voltage division 10 and detection 11 and is supplied to the computer 7. In such a constitution, the variable output of the DC voltage is possible over a wide range. Then the output can be set and change automatically according to the memory of the computer 7. |
