<p>PURPOSE:To recover Te in the form of copper telluride with high efficiency and low cost and, on one hand, to obtain electrolytic copper having high quality by stirring under heating decoction contg. Te of copper electrolysis slime leached with sulfuric acid together with copper chip to precipitate Te in the form of copper telluride. CONSTITUTION:Decoction contg. Te leached from copper electrolysis slime with H2SO4 is filled in a reaction tank 6 installed with a steam pipe 7 and a stirrer 8. Copper chip is charged to a basket 9 made of SUS and to the tank 6, then the decoction is heated with steam through the steam pipe 7 to elevate the temp. to 80-90 deg.C. Te in the decoction is precipitated in the form of copper telluride and recovered.</p> |
