PURPOSE:To eliminate a high speed operating section operated corresponding to plural loops from the entire nodes by storing once a high speed data arrived from the plural loops at the same time in a reception buffer memory corresponding to the loops, allowing a selector of a low speed outgoing line to discriminate the order of data and outputting the data to the outgoing line. CONSTITUTION:Data sent to a node in one frame are all divided into each address and written in a buffer memory 160 placed corresponding to the loop in the order sent from the loop. Further, a time slot number with which a data is sent is given to the data in the buffer memory 160. A selector 170 outputs a data having the youngest number time slot number with which the data is sent among the data taking the value of the counter 150 in the buffer memory 160 provided corresponding to each loop and the data having the highest priority given to the loop in order when the data sent in the youngest time slot exists in lots of loops.
