PURPOSE:To automatically judge a leap year, by initially setting the data relating to the data of lower rank two bits of a year first rank figure to a leap year judge counter when the content of a year counter is corrected to detect the content of a leap year judge counter. CONSTITUTION:A year counter has a year first rank counter 13 and a year tenth rank counter 14 and the counter 13 is made incremental by a figure up signal 18 to a year and the counter 14 is made incremental by the signal from the counter 13. Correction data are taken in counters 13, 14 by a year figure correction input signal 16. A leap year judge counter 1 is made incremental by a signal and the signal 16 is further supplied. A leap year judge counter setting circuit 2 initially sets the data relating to the data of the lower tank two bits of the counter 13 to the counter 1. C0- and C1-bit outputs of the counter 1 are supplied to an OR circuit 30 and leap year judge output 15 can be automatically outputted. |
