PURPOSE:To offer a boiler device which is capable of reducing nitrogen oxide and using at low load, by a method wherein flame holding fuel is fed onto an impeller through a shaft center of a burner to prevent a spatial flicker of the front edge of a flame and a denitrifying burner decomposing the nitrogen oxide is provided on the center of the flame. CONSTITUTION:A part of fuel to be fed from gaseous fuel G2 is fed onto an impeller 6 as impeller flame holding fuel 28. In this instance, as a flow of the fuel is disturbed through the impeller and a back current part toward an impeller side is formed, steady flame holding is constituted and flicker strength of the front edge of a flame is controlled at low level. Complete combustion is made to perform at comparatively high O2 concentration on the external circumference of the flame by main hole duel 29 and nitrogen oxide can be made to reduce to N2 by main hole fuel 27. As generation of nitrogen oxide is low when a solenoid valve 32 is opened and the same is high when the solenoid valve 32 is closed, the most suitable value can be established between a load and generation quantity of the nitrogen oxide by controlling both of them, through which handling of the title burner becomes very easy.
