摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the production efficiency and at the same time prevent the printed portion from being distorted by a method wherein the peripheries of a plurality of printed portions formed by preprinting on a single sheet are respectively and independently clamped so as to simultaneously press the printed portions into spherical surfaces with a plurality of male molds and to form the surfaces by vacuum attraction. CONSTITUTION:A clamping frame consists of a fixed frame 1 and a movable frame 2, which are respectively formed in latticed shapes corresponding to each other in order to form independent clamped regions. Firstly, the positioning holes 11 of a sheet S are inserted onto projections 3 under the state that the printed surface P of the sheet S faces to male mold 8 side. Secondly, the movable frame 2 is lowered in order to clamp the sheet S and to soften the sheet in each clamped region by heating. Thirdly, a base 5 is raised and consequently the clamping frame enters in grooves 6 and each male mold 8 presses the sheet S so as to bring the sheet S into the airtight state by means of the edge C1, at which the sheet S contacts with the spherical surface 8a of the male mold 8, and the clamped edge C2. Fourthly, when the base 5 is raised further, the sheet S lying between the edges C1 and C2 pressingly contacts with the edge C3 of a support part 7, resulting in halving the airtight portion. The divided airtight portions are respectively vacuum attracted through suction holes 9 and 9'.
