Combustion chamber

The combustion chamber has a wall which is formed from a row of outer pipes (16) arranged next to one another in the circumferential direction. These outer pipes (16) extend in the longitudinal direction of the combustion chamber and have in each case an inner pipe (10). Water flows in the inner pipe (10) and steam flows through the outer pipe (16). A heat exchange takes place between the two media. Part of the steam heated in the outer pipe (16) is supplied to the combustion space of the combustion chamber to minimise NOx emissions. <IMAGE>
