<p>A welding rod for surfacing the cutting instruments consists of a mild steel envelope and a core made of a powder-like charge which contains graphite, marble, fluorite, chromium, molybdemum, vanadium, silicon, manganese and titanium and contains additionally perovskite concentrate, whereas chromium, molybdemum, vanadium, silicon, manganese and titanium are contained in the form of ferroalloys at the following ratio of the components in per cent by mass: graphite 0.8-1.4; marble 0.5-2.3; fluorite 0.5-5; ferrochromium 4.5-6.5; ferromolybdemum 9-13; ferrovanadium 3-5; ferrosilicon 1.5-2.5; ferromanganese 0.25-0.85; ferrotitanium 1.5-3; perovskite concentrate 0.2-1.5; mild steel of the envelope: balance.</p> |
