PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness, to increase the density and the performance by disposing a pole position detecting sensor of a rotor magnet in a space in which no conductor is formed at a moving portion between the operating side and the connecting side of a field coil. CONSTITUTION:An insulating layer 23 is formed on the lower surface of a soft magnetic yoke 22, and six field coils 21 are disposed on the surface of the layer 23. Each coil 21 has two operating sides 21a for generating a rotary force radially, outer and inner peripheral side connecting sides 21b, 21c for connecting the sides 21a, and two shifting portions 21d between the sides 21a and the side 21b, and spaces 28 surrounded by conductors for forming the coils 21 and in which no conductor is presented are formed. A Hall element A3 is disposed as a pole position detecting sensor of a rotor magnet 25 in one space 28 at the three coils 21. |
