<p>PURPOSE:To integrally constitute a cooling device and coil by constituting the coil in such a manner that the cooling liquid passing the cooling region of a coil member flows from the holes bored to a bottom plate into a downward pool and is ejected from the cooling holes toward the heating part of a work, thereby hardening the work. CONSTITUTION:This coil is provided with conductors 10A, 10B which are made into an approximately L-branch shape, an inter-conductor insulating plate 20 which is sandwiched and fixed therebetween, an approximately circular plate- shaped coil member 30 which is connected to one end of the conductors 10A, B, through-shaped water passing walls 40A, B secured to the conductors 10A, B on the opposite side of the plate 20, an insulating cap plate 50 which is water- tightly provided in the region enclosed by the top end of the member 30, the top end of the bent parts 11A, B of the conductors 10A, B and the walls 40A, B and an insulating perforated bottom plate 60 provided water-tightly to the bottom end of the member 30. The pool 70 bored with the plural cooling holes 71 is successively provided to the underside of the bottom plate 60. The bottom ends of the walls 40A, B are extended downward from the plate 50.</p> |
