PURPOSE:To protect a magnetic core from the external magnetic field without fial with simple construction by surrounding the magnetic core with a protective member and a gimbals and taking the coil of the magnetic core from a penetrating part for connecting the gimbal to the external part. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic core 10 is accommodated in a protective member 1 including a back bar 13, and surrounded by the protective member 11 and a gimbals 20. For this reason, the gimbal 20 functions as a shield member to shield the magnetic core 10 from the external magnetic field, and the magnetic core 10 is protected from the influence of the external magnetic fieid. By a penetrating part 21 for connection formed at the gimbals 20, a coil 14 of the magnetic core 10 is taken out to the external part and connected to an input output line 15. For this reason, the input and output of the data by the magnetic core 10 are executed through an input and output line 15 without fail.
