PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus which is small-sized and excellent in the maintainability by providing the following cylindrical filter to an upper part of a fan freely attachably and detachably wherein the upper part is opened by blending and working the filter medium into a corrugated shape and the lower part is closed. CONSTITUTION:The following filter 12 is fitted to an upper part of a partition plate 2 attachably and detachably wherein it is made cylindrical by bending and working a filter medium 13 and a filter frame 14 is fixed to an underside part and an opening part is provided to a central part thereof in an upper end face. When a fan 5 directly joined to a motor 4 is rotate, the inside of an outside frame vessel 1 is made to the negative pressure and dust contained in the sucked air is collected by the filter 12. In case of discarding the collected dust, a top cover 18 is taken off and a filter handle 16 is gripped, slightly pulled up and rotated. Thereby since a top of the filter medium 13 is beaten with the springs 20 and dust can be dropped into the filter 12, the collected dust can be easily discharged.
