摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title material having high flexibility and heat resistance, by a method wherein a thermal recording layer is provided on the surface of a base material sheet and a heat resistant layer is set on the other surface thereof and the heat resistant layer is made of a resin having siloxane bonds in its molecules. CONSTITUTION:A polyurethane resin or a polyurea resin having siloxane bonds in its molecules is employed for a heat resistant layer. Approximate 5-50pts.wt. of the siloxane bond are contained in 100pts.wt. of the resin. With the atomic weight of the silicon of under about 5wt% of the available resins, the heat resistant layer formed of the resins is to have insufficient heat resistance. On the other hand, with that of over 50wt% thereof, the solubility and the flexibility of the available polyurethane resin and/or polyurea resin in the organic material decreases, resulting that the resin is not suitable for forming the heat resistant layer. A thermal recording layer is formed by a method wherein a binder resin for forming the thermal recording layer is added in an organic solvent together with a dye or a pigment and the fluid dispersion thus obtained is coated on a base material and dried.</p>
