PURPOSE:To make a thin plate joining highly accurate by abutting each other the joining part of each one part face of the first and second joining bodies to be joined and by irradiating a melting heat on the joining part from either one part face side at least of the first and second joining bodies. CONSTITUTION:The joining part of each joining face of the first and second joining body 10, 11 is abutted and the fusion heat 12 of a laser, electron beam, etc. is irradiated from the heat source on the reserve face side to the joining face of the first joining body 10 for instance. The irradiated part 13, 14 of these first and second joining bodis 10, 11 are melted by the irradiation of the melting heat 12 and its co-fusion part is joined. In this case even a thin plate can be joine without causing a thermal deformation, etc. by adjusting so as to irradiate on the co-fusion part 15 in narrower width. With such joining the light weighing from the viewpoint of structure can be achieved and the reliability in joining can be increased as well. |
