PURPOSE:To improve sensitivity by dividing one luminous flux to two luminous fluxes then joining the same in a coherent state, measuring the joined light and placing a sample to one of the two luminous fluxes. CONSTITUTION:The light of the two luminous fluxes divided by a spectroscope Hm1 have respectively 1/2<1/2> amplitude and 1/2 energy when the amplitude of the light made incident on the spectroscope Hm1 is designated as 1 and the energy as 1 as well by considering the case in which there is no sample.
