PURPOSE:To obtain thrust not affected with the wind or waves by attaching a manual propeller on a surfboard. CONSTITUTION:At the rear end of a surfboard 1 a pivot shaft bearing 2 is attached through which a pivot shaft 4 reciprocally rotatable is installed. A grasp 3 is attached to the upper part of the pivot shaft 4. A front frame 5 and a rear frame 6 are respectively provided in front of and at the rear of the pivot shaft 4. Canvas sheets 7's are respectively attached on the front frame 5 and the rear frame 6 so that each canvas sheet is tightly stretched at the front end and with more slack toward the rear end where the end is freely released. Further a stabilizer blade 8 is attached to the lower front part of the surfboard 1.
