摘要 PURPOSE:To perform a stabilized profiling motion by judging the epistasis of the upper and lower correction signals and right and left correction signals by monitoring the correction signals in four directions of the upper and lower and right and left by the number of cycles in weaving and by performing the profiling motion with using of the correction signal of the result thereof. CONSTITUTION:The welding current value detected by current detector 14 is sampled at the left end point, right end point and center point of the weaving, the value thereof is compared with welding current command value and current off setting value and the correction signals in the right and left directions and upper and lower directions are outputted from arc sensor unit 15 according to the size and symbol of the deviation thereof. With monitoring for optional time of these correction signals whichever signal of the upper and lower has the epistasis or whichever signal of the right and left has the epistasis is judged respectively and the profiling motion is performed by giving the correction signal in the right or left direction to rocking actuator and giving the correction signal in the upper or lower direction to vertical driving actuator with the use of the correction signal of the result thereof.
