Ethylcellulose(I) microcapsules contg. therapeutic agent was prepd. by contg. H2O-swilling polymer with (I) and phase sepg. agent. Thus, 56 g of core material with 105-210 . particle size, obtd. by granulating a mixt. of H2O 33, pyridoxal phosphate (II) 80, and sodium acrylate-search graft copolymer(swelling degree 400) 20 parts and drying, were dispersed in 8 soln. of 14 g (I), and 21 g silicone resin in 700 ml C6H12 and stirred at room temp. and 400 rpm to give 61 g microcapsules contg. 64.8% (II) with 0.4h t50 value.
