摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a high compression ratio and a high exhaust rate by arranging stationary blade grooves on the surface of a stationary disc, at an angle in the opposite direction to moving blade grooves, and making said stationary blade grooves partly overlap with said moving blade grooves in the radial direction, to enable the transfer of gaseous particles to be carried out on the side and bottom surfaces of both blade grooves. CONSTITUTION:Rotary discs 5 and stationary discs 8 are alternately provided in the axial direction of a rotary body installed in a casing 2, and moving blade grooves 22 having a particular angle to the axis of the rotary disc 5, are arranged on the surface of the disc 5, at a certain interval in the circumferential direction. On the other hand, stationary blade grooves 24 having an angle in the opposite direction to the moving blade groove 22, are arranged on the surface of the stationary disc 8 which is opposite to the rotary disc 5, with the moving blade grooves 22 being partly overlapped with the stationary blade grooves 24 in the radial direction. Thereby, the surface of a rotor that can give directional property to gaseous particles, is the whole of the side and bottom surfaces of the blade grooves 22, 24, thereby providing good transfer efficiency, while the gaseous particles which flow backward from a discharge port side, collide against the stationary blade groove 24 before they come flying to the moving blade groove 22, reducing the rate of backward flow. As a result, a high compression ratio and a high exhaust rate can be obtained enabling miniaturization of a unit.
