发明名称 AUTOMATIC WELDING EQUIPMENT
摘要 PURPOSE:To ensure the penetration of the end part of weld zone and to increase the operability by providing the torch rotating mechanism to rotate a welding torch in welding direction. CONSTITUTION:A circuit 30 rotates the welding torch 1 inclining to the ceramic tab 18 side by actuating the motor22 of torch rotating mechanism 2 in counter clockwise direction with welding by giving welding start signal to control device 23 from nearly operation panel 28 and by feeding control signal to the motor driving circuit 30. At the time of the torch 1 becoming vertical the motor 22 is stopped, the main body 16 of welding head is moved with its welding in the arrow mark direction and when the arrival at the stoppage position at the welding completion side is detected by position detector 32R, the device 23 stops the movement of the main body 16 by feeding new control signal to the circuit 30. A crater treatment is then performed by welding the end of weld zone toward the ceramic tab 18 by rotating in counter clockwise direction the torch 1 with the actuation of the motor 22. The automatic welding is performed by repeating the reverse operation to the above when return signal is given to the circuit 30 from the device 2.
