PURPOSE:To enable hot water of all production wells to be integrally used by sequentially pumping up hot water of lower pressure side production wells through hot water ejection of higher pressure side production wells, thereby integrating the hot water. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of production wells 1, 2 and 3 produce high, medium and low pressure hot water, respectively. The production wells 1, 2 and 3 of high, medium and low pressure are connected with one another in this order starting from the farthest one through ejectors 5 and 6, respectively, so that lower pressure hot water is sequentially pumped up by the ejectors operated by higher pressure hot water. The hot water integrated by the ejectors 5 and 6 is fed to a steam separator 7. The steam separated by the steam separator 7 is introduced via a steam transport pipe 8 to a turbine 9 to drive it.
