PURPOSE:To make it possible to surely fix a rotary shaft member in a shaft hole over the entire length thereof, by embedding a diaphragm type liner in the inner peripheral surface of the shaft hole, and by constituting the inner peripheral surface of the shaft hole with two divided sections, a rigid inner peripheral surface section and a resilient inner peripheral section. CONSTITUTION:An arcuated cross-sectioned shape diaphragm type liner 22 made of resilient materials having a small elastic modulus is embedded in a circumferential part to inner peripheral surface of a vertical shaft hole formed in a base bed 12 made of rigid materials such as, for example, cast steel, over the entire length of the vertical shaft hole. Further, the inner peripheral surface of the vertical shaft hole is divided into a rigid inner peripheral section 23A and a resilient inner peripheral section 23B which are opposed to each other, and oil grooves 24a, 24b as hydraulic chambers are formed in the outer surface of the diaphragm liner 22, lengthwise and crosswise. Accordingly, the resilient inner peripheral surface section 23B of the vertical shaft inner peripheral surface which is the inner surface of the diaphragm type liner 22 is deformed to be buldged out by hydraulic pressure fed into the oil grooves 24a, 24b, thereby a rotary shaft member 10 is made into press-contact with and fixed to the rigid inner peripheral surface section 23A. |
