<p>PURPOSE:To increase the measuring accuracy in winding temp. by providing the winding temp. estimating device to estimate the material temp. transferred to winder side. CONSTITUTION:A winding temp. estimating device 13 estimates the temp. fall due to the transfer speed during the transfer on a line, the existance in the jet of cooling water by a cooler 3, cooling water temp., radiation constant, moisture constant, material thickness, etc. based on the measured value at the time of the material located under a winding thermometer 6 having passed through under the outlet side thermometer 5. The deviation between this winding temp. estimated value and the output of the winding thermometer 6 is inputted into a noise filter 8 and with addition of the outputs of the filter 8 and winding temp. estimate it is inputted to a temp. controller 9. The output of the temp. controller 9 is given to a solenoid valve 11 via solenoid valve control device 10 and the switching of the solenoid valve 11 is thus controlled.</p> |
