PURPOSE:To avoid damaging coils even when a clearance between each leg-member part and a coil is reduced, by forming cut parts on the corner parts, which exist at the top ends of leg-member parts and face both sides of coils insertion gaps, in an E-shape iron core. CONSTITUTION:An E shape iron core 11 is formed in the following; leg-member parts 13 and 14 are composed in parallel on both-end side parts (left and right end upper side parts) and a central side part (central upper side part) of a coupled-member part 12, and projected at a right angle to the couple-member part 12. Coil insertion gaps 15 are formed between leg-member parts 13 and 14, and circular-arc-shaped cut parts 16 are formed on the corner parts which exist at the top ends of respective leg-member parts 13 at the side of coil insertion gaps 15, that is, on the corner parts facing inside the outside leg-member parts and both corner parts on the top end of the central leg-member part 14. While required number of sheets of E shape iron cores 11 are laminated in required thickness, both a central other side part of the coupled member part 12 and a pointed central part of the central leg-member part 14 (a part and b part) are welded by plasma argon welding or the like and united in the laminating direction. Because the cut parts 16 serve as insertion guides for a primary coil 31 and secondary coil 33 to the respective coil insertion gaps 15, end points of respective coils 31 and 33 can be easily inserted. |
