PURPOSE:To eliminate a positional shift between an edge part of a pallet cradle and its corresponding conveyor, by supporting the pallet cradle with a horizontal shaft from both sides, while making an edge part of a pallet traveling surface at this cradle accord with an axial center of the horizontal shaft. CONSTITUTION:Having a cylinder 22 expanded or contracted, a pallet cradle 14 is situated at a transfer terminal of a lower conveyor 3, and when a cylinder 20 is expanded or contracted and the pallet cradle 14 is left tilted as in a pallet receiving attitude intact, a pallet 2 enters into the pallet cradle 14 with mobile inertia force and its own weight. Accordingly, the pallet cradle 14 is moved up to the transfer terminal of an upper conveyor 4, and the pallet 2 is transferred onto this upper conveyor 4. In this case, a horizontal shaft 15 is locked to a projecting part of a support bracket 13 to which the pallet cradle 14 is pivotally attached. Then, an edge part of a pallet traveling surface of the pallet cradle 14 combinedly connected to a pallet guide block of the support bracket 13 is made so as to accord with an axial center of the horizontal shaft 15.
