PURPOSE:To reduce a thrust force applied to a movable element and prevent a high pressure gas from leaking by providing a thrust force reducing mechanism consisting of an annular body, an annular groove, seal rings, O-rings, etc., which is oppositely positioned on the back of a panel board, on a surface positioned on the movable element side. CONSTITUTION:The main part of a thrust force reducing mechanism 140 consists of an annular body 150 which is oppositely provided on the back of a panel board 123 while in which an annular groove 151 is formed on a surface on the movable element 111 side, a pair of seal rings 152, 153 which are installed in the annular body 150 forming an annular space Q which is closed by these seal rings, the back of the panel board, and the annular groove 151, O-rings 154, 155 formed with an elastic member which gives the rings 152, 153 a pressing force for the movable element 111, and ports 158, 159 which always connect the annular space Q to the high pressure port S and the medium pressure port S' of a compression chamber P. Thereby, a downward thrust to which the panel board 123 is subjected, can be reduced, and possible leakage of high pressure gas due to a swinging motion can be securely prevented, enabling increase in input and the prevention of seizing.
