PURPOSE:To prevent electric shock accident with monitoring of warning means at inspection time by connecting voltage detector at both ends of smoothing capacitor and by actuating warning means in case of said both end voltages being of high voltage. CONSTITUTION:A warning means 8 informs to inspector of the voltage inside the unit being of high voltage by transmitting a signal to the warning means 8 in the state of the voltages at both ends of smoothing capacitor 3a detected by the voltage detector 7 exceeding the prescribed value. The inspector is therefore to start the work at the time when the display of the warning means 8 died out after releasing the primary switch 2. The warning means is preferably the displayer of lamp, etc.
