PURPOSE:To enable wires of different diameters to be taken up by configurating a device in such a way that outer pins are allowed to be displaced to the radial direction and fixed as required so that the wire of different diameters can be taken up in the device where a winder main body is driven to rotate so as to take up the wire in a coil form in a space between an inner diameter frame and outer pins arranged on the outer circumference. CONSTITUTION:This boring type wire winder is installed vertically on a support stand 1, and is equipped with a winder main body 2 which is rotated by a motor by way of cylindrical line shaft 3. The winder main body 2 is composed of a base stand 6 in a ring form which is fitted onto the upper section of the cylindrical line shaft 3, an inner diameter frame 7 which is located at the center of the main body 2 and is equipped with numbers of inner pins 11 arranged at equal intervals along the circumference, outer drums 9 which are vertically installed along the outermost circumference of the base stand 6, numbers of outer pins 8 which are arranged at equal intervals along the inner circumference of the outer drums 9 and the like. A wire is taken up in a space between the outer pin 8 and a vertical section 12 of the inner pin 11. A swing link 25 is swung around a lateral axis 27 allowing the outer pin 8 to be displaced to the radial direction as required. This enables the wire of different diameters to be taken up.
