PURPOSE:To execute the ultrasonic flaw detection of a welding part without fail by swaying a probe in the flange width direction, and arranging the ultrasonic wave probe in the local in the internal part of the locally-inundated room. CONSTITUTION:By driving a motor 4, a connecting rod 8 moves around the upper edge part of an eccentric crank shaft 7 by clank motion, and a holder shaft 3, in other words, a probe 2 is swayed and reciprocated in the right and left directions of the drawing, in other words, in the width direction of the flange. At the circumference of the probe 2, a ring-shaped water supplying device 10 is provided an annular wall lining material 11 is interpolated in the inner surface, and a collar 12 is extended from the upper edge of the water supplying device 10 until it contacts with the lower surface of a lower flange 1a.
