PURPOSE:To facilitate a low voltage operation by connecting a current mirror circuit to a collector of the 1st transistor (TR) and obtaining an output current from an output terminal of the current mirror circuit so as to eliminate the temperature dependancy. CONSTITUTION:A resistor R1 and (m+n)-set of diodes are connected in cascade between a base of a TR Q1 and a reference voltage source VRef, and a resistor R2 having the same resistance as that of the resistor R1 and (m-n)-set of diodes are connected in cascade between the base of the TR Q1 and the reference potential source. Further, a resistor R3 and (n-1)-set of diodes are connected in cascade between the emitter of the TR Q1 and the source VRef and the current mirror circuit 10 comprising TRs Q2, Q3 is connected to the collector of the TR Q1 and the collector current of the TR Q3 of the circuit 10 is used as a current output I0. Thus, a current source circuit with withstanding leakage of signal, suitable for circuit integration without temperature dependency is obtained.
