发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TESTING SWITCH GEAR
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To verify the interrupting performance allowed for a high frequency rush current based on the restored voltage to be applied to a sample after the interruption of the current, by making the high frequency rush current overlap a combined current of a lagging power-factor current and a leading power-factor current flowing during the closing of the sample. CONSTITUTION:After a capacitor (C) 20 is charged with a power source 23 and a rectifier 22, a charge current of the C20 is applied to a sample 4 via reactor 21 when a switch gear 24 is closed. Under such a condition, upon the closing of the sample 4, a high frequency rush current starts to flow from the C20 via the unit 24 and the reactor 21. At the same time, when a switch gear 3 is closed, a lagging power-factor current flows to the sample 4 from a power source 1 via the reactor 2 and the unit 3 while a leading power-factor current flows to the sample from a power source 5 via the unit 6 and a unit 6 and C7 when the switch gear 6 is closed. With such an arrangement, the interrupting current flowing to the sample 4 will be a combined current of the lagging and leading power-factor currents and the high frequency rush current overlapped thereby. Here, when the unit 3 and the sample 4 are interrupted, after the interruption of the unit 24, a restored voltage is applied to the sample 4 from the power source 5. Thus, interrupting performance test can be done by verifying the generation of refiring with respect to the voltage.</p>
