PURPOSE:To enable continuous production, by fixing a mixing and stirring tank on the movable truck in the vicinity of a foaming tank and washing the mixing and stirring tank during a time when the foamable stock solution flowed in the foaming tank from the mixing and stirring tank is foamed in the foaming tank. CONSTITUTION:A truck 21 having wheels 22 provided to the leg parts thereof is mounted on the rail 20 in the vicinity of a foaming tank 10 and the mixing and stirring tank 31 on the truck 21 can also approach the foaming tank 10 and can be retracted therefrom. The mixing and stirring tank 31 is retracted to perform the preparation of an urethane foam stock solution and subsequently moved forwardly to inject the prepared stock solution in the foaming tank 10. The foaming reaction and rising of the urethane foam stock solution advance to obtain a desired polyurethane foam slab. During this time, the retracted mixing and stirring tank 31 and an isocyanate component weighing tank 36 are washed and, after the completion of washing, the preparation of the next foaming stock solution is performed in the same way. |
