PURPOSE:To obtain a rectangular wave with a stable binary logical value by adding an integration circuit with a sinusoidal wave output voltage outputted from a differential amplifier circuit to a comparison reference DC voltage, delaying the phase by 90 deg., and comparing and referencing the signal being the compression of the sinusoidal wave voltage and the sinusoidal wave voltage outputted from the differential amplifier circuit. CONSTITUTION:A signal inputted to an input terminal 16 of a comparison circuit is expressed as f(t)=a sin wt, a signal inputted to a terminal 17 is expressed as g(t)=b cos wt, where (a) is the amplitude of an original signal and (b) is the amplitude after integration processing, and (k) is an amplification factor and they have relation of a=Kb. When the relation of Kb sin wt=b cos wt exists, the relation of tan wt=1/K and DELTAt=(1/w) tan<-1>(1/K) exists, where DELTAt is phase fluctuation and is independent of (a). That is, even when an amplitude fluctuation exists in the output of a frequency generator 11, the output has no effect. Since a comparison circuit 14 and a buffer amplifier circuit 20 are connected in terms of DC, even when the operating bias point of the differential amplifier circuit 12 is fluctuated, no effect is given on the output.
