PURPOSE:To take measures for accuracy and high density by controlling magnetizing power at every pole to be magnetized. CONSTITUTION:The shaft of a member 10 to be magnetized is chucked and cooperated with a motor. The member 10 is pressed by the spring force of a magnetizing head. Magnetization is performed by rotating the member 10 and alternately switching the polarity of the magnetization. When multipolarized with a magnetizing head 6, the magnetizing power is controlled at every one pole programmably by a computer. The coupling of starting and finishing of magnetization comes out of recognition suitably controlling the power. |
