PURPOSE:To control the constant output of an induction motor without using a torque detector by calculating the speed when the output of the motor comes to the prescribed constant value with respect to a load torque and setting it as the upper limit speed to set a speed reference. CONSTITUTION:A load torque calculator 4 inputs a torque reference TM* applied from a speed controller 6 and a real speed (n), calculates a load torque, calculates the upper limit speed nmax on the basis of the load torque, and outputs the speed nmax to the maximum speed limiter 5. The limiter 5 compares the set speed reference REF with the speed nmax, and outputs the smaller one as a speed reference n* to a speed controller 6. The controller 6 butts the speed reference n* with the real speed (n), amplifies the difference and outputs a torque reference TM*. |
