PURPOSE:To produce the titled soup giving a delicious soup containing ingredients simply by heating and storable for a long period, at a low cost, by separating the ingredients from liquid soup in hot state, quenching each component separately, mixing the quenched components, sealing in a packaging material, and freezing the packaged mixture. CONSTITUTION:A soup containing ingredients, e.g vegetable soup, meat soup, bean curd soup, MISO soup, etc. containing onion, carrot, green peas, etc., is heated, and the ingredients are separated from the liquid soup rapidly in hot state. The separated ingredients are put into a refrigerator and quenched to <=10 deg.C. The soup free of ingredients is cooled by contacting with water and put into a refrigerator to cool to <=10 deg.C. The cooled ingredients and liquid soup are mixed together, sealed in a packaging material made of e.g. polypropylene film, put into a freezer maintained at <=-40 deg.C and frozen in a short time. |
