PURPOSE:An ice containing royal jelly that is made by admixing royal jelly to water or fruit juice at a prescribed ratio and freezing them, thus making royal jelly readily estable and changing the taste of alcoholic beverage and other drinks, when used. CONSTITUTION:More than 50% of water are added to natural royal jelly or more than 50% of fruit juice is admixed to royal jelly to form a solution and the solution is stood under conditions lower than its melting point to give the objective ice containing royal jelly. The resultant ice can be varied in its flavoring effect by changing formulations such as for lemon flavor by adding acidic component, for mellow taste by adding alcoholic beverage. The product can be served with not only alcohols but also other beverage and drinks. |
