<p>PURPOSE:To obtain frothy liquor of colored miscellaneous liquor keeping stable color, having no change in flavor and fragrance, by adding two or more naturally occurring plant dyestuffs selected from blue dyestuff, yellow dyestuff, and red dyestuff as a coloring matter to frothy liquor of miscellaneous liquor. CONSTITUTION:Frothy liquor of colored miscellaneous liquor is prepared by blending a frothy solution of barly juice with carbonated beverage, and using a naturally occurring dyestuff as follows. Namely, the frothy liquor of colored miscellaneous liquor is adjusted to 2.8-3.4pH during its production, nd in this state, it is colored by using two or more naturally occurring plant dyestuffs with different colors selected from blue dyestuff (e.g., gardenia deystuff), yellow dyestuff (e.g., safflower dyestuff) and red dyestuff (e.g., cabbage dyestuff). Consequently, frothy liquor of colored miscellaneous liquor having desired color tone is obtained by combining the dyestuffs. Therefore, the method of coloring of this invention can provide frothy liquor of miscellaneous liquor with any of various colors.</p> |
