PURPOSE:To obtain a highly precise molded product having no damage nor deformation due to finish after taking-out and prevented from the adhesion of dust, by performing the cutting-off of a sprue runner from the molded product in a mold on the way of molding. CONSTITUTION:In order to prevent the mutual shift of the front and back surfaces of a molded product, the fixed insert 7 and the movable insert 9 of a mold respectively forming said both surfaces are inlaid with and inserted into a same integral sleeve 18 so that the fabrication error of each mold part or an inlay error exerts influence upon the mutual shift of the inserts 7, 9. By parallelly moving the fixed insert 7 and the movable insert 9 in the same sleeve 18 or moving the sleeve 18 along the inserts 7, 9, the cavity between said two inserts, 7, 9 are separated and moved to a position separated from a gage and the molded product on the way of molding is cut off from a sprue runner in the mold or the compression of the resin in the cavity is performed in a gate closed state by said cutting-off operation in the mold. |
