PURPOSE:To attain miniaturization and low cost by bringing the frequency characteristic of a band pass filter of a branching filter comprising a low pass filter and the band pass filter into a characteristic rooting the square cosine characteristic to omit the low pass filter and a level deciding device required for a conventional circuit. CONSTITUTION:A base band signal and a PSK modulation signal are inputted to an input terminal 1. The base band signal is extracted by a low pass filter 2 and led to an output terminal 5. Further, the PSK modulation signal is extracted by a band pass filter 3 and led to a PS demodulator 4. The band pass filter 3 has a frequency characteristic rooting the square cosine characteristic and the spectrum of the PSK modulation signal after the band pass filter 3 has a square cosine characteristic. Thus, the output pulse of the PSK demodulator 4 is outputted as it is as a data signal output.
