PURPOSE:To enable the use of various kinds of seasonings and to obtain a seasoned laver sheet having excellent palatability, free from shrinkage and wrinkles and seasoned to the core, by seasoning the raw algae of laver, making the laver to a sheet and drying the sheet. CONSTITUTION:Gathered raw laver algae are cut to small pieces, washed, and drained thoroughly with a bleached cotton cloth, etc. A definite amount of the laver is immersed in a seasoning liquid or a seasoning liquid is applied or sprayed to the laver poured on a screen. The seasoned laver sheet produced by the above process is dried to obtain the objective product. |
