PURPOSE:To transmit ordinary subscriber's voice to a pager without using a common radio frequency by installing a sound demodulation amplifier circuit and a variable tuning circuit on the pager and providing an exchange with a frequency indicating means indicating a sound transmitting frequency. CONSTITUTION:A common signal transfer device 5 as the frequency indicating means transmits a pager number transmitted from an ordinary subscriber telephone set 1 and indication information indicating the sound transmitting frequency F2 corresponding to a selected sound repeater 6. The indication information is received at the common radio frequency f1 by a transmitting antenna 8. The common radio frequency f1 enters a reception control circuit 13 through the variable turning circuit 11 tuning normally to the common radio frequency f1 and a reception antenna 9. A number collating circuit 12 collates its inherent number with the pager number extracted by the reception control circuit 13. When they are equal, the circuit 12 returns the effect to the reception control circuit 13, and generates a call sound through the demodulation amplifier circuit 14 and a speaker 15. The reception control circuit 13 instructs the variable turning circuit 11 to tune to the frequency f2. |
