PURPOSE:To eliminate the formation of voids between an insulator wound on a conductor and the conductor by coating powder resin which contains mica powder as filler on the surface of the conductor. CONSTITUTION:After a tape or a sheet having insulation is wound on a conductor, synthetic resin is impregnated in vacuum to manufacture an electric coil. In this case, powder resin which contains mica powder as filler is coated on the surface of the conductor to eliminate the formation of voids between the conductor and the wound insulator. |
