PURPOSE:To record a moving picture snap shot in a short time on one film frame by converting once a video available through a photographing lens into an electrical signal and converting again it into an optical signal to scan it. CONSTITUTION:An image sensor 2 converts the optical image of a subject through the photographing lens 1 into the electrical signal. A multiplexer MPX 4 receives the electrical signal through a preamplifier 3, converts it into a parallel signal and inputs it to a laser diode modulator 5. A scanner 6 scans the signal which is converted into the weak or strong light intensity by the laser diode 5r of the modulator 5, and records a video signal on the surface of a film 8 set to a film magazine.
